Privacy Policy

This page explains what we do with the data you provide in the XTransfer Connect registration form.

What we collect

Only what is needed to organise the event and talk to you about it: full name, company, job title, email, WhatsApp and who invited you. We also record the date and time of your registration and your acceptance of this policy.

We do not ask for tax IDs, import volumes, financial data or any commercial information. We do not score or qualify leads from this form.

What we use it for

• confirming your seat and managing the attendee list;
• sending practical information about the event (venue, time, access instructions);
• letting you know about any change of date, time or agenda;
• checking you in on the day of the event.

Your data is not used for offers, promotions or marketing unrelated to XTransfer Connect, and is never sold to third parties.

Where it is stored

Registrations live in a Cloudflare D1 database, accessible only to the event organising team. The attendee list is never public.

How long we keep it

We keep records for up to 90 days after the event, the time needed to wrap up organisation and follow-up. After that, they are deleted.

The XTransfer platform account

Creating an account on the XTransfer platform is a separate process, done outside this site, through the individual link sent by whoever invited you. That data never passes through this page and is not stored here.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. To do so, contact the XTransfer person who invited you to the event.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The map in the location section is a Google Maps embed and follows Google’s privacy policy.
